Shattercone is housed within a larger facility owned by Mansour Group. Our space covers approximately 20,000 sq/ft, including the furnace bay, the sampling facility, processing areas, storage areas and offices.
The heart of the plant is comprised of 3 electric arc furnaces, each with 8 tons capacity.

The furnaces are all connected to high capacity baghouses.
The sampling facility is comprised of crushing, screening, splitting, pulverizing, and rotary sampling equipment. The flow sheet is modeled on traditional, standard industry techniques proven to yield consistent, repeatable and equitable results.
The plant has 24 hour security monitoring and controlled access.
